Salary: £68,300 - £77,400 per annum inclusive of all allowances. In addition, this post also attracts and includes an additional salary increment which is a Market Forces Supplement of up to £24,000 per annum.

The City of London Corporation is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Enterprise Architecture to lead the development and delivery of enterprise business solutions across the City of London Corporation, its Institutions, and the City of London Police.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping and maintaining enterprise architecture practice and that supports organisational priorities, delivers business benefit, and aligns with the overarching Corporate Plan and Technology strategy. The postholder will play a key role in driving simplification, standardisation, reuse, and innovation across the complex and diverse environments that encompasses the City of London.
About the role
You will lead the Enterprise Architecture and Solutions function, ensuring that business solutions are designed in line with architectural guardrails and principles, aligning with industry best practice and UK Government guidelines and policy. Working closely with internal stakeholders, partner organisations, and third-party suppliers, you will ensure technology solutions meet business requirements, outcomes and deliver value for money.
You will also be responsible for developing and managing a high-performing architectural services team, setting technical standards, influencing strategic direction, and supporting financial and commercial decision making within IT and the wider organisation.

You will be a highly experienced IT enterprise architecture professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of operating in complex organisations on both the private and public sector.
