Head of Europe – Sales | High-Growth BCorp Drinks Brand


c London 2-3 days | £90-110k basic + package


One of the most exciting high-growth BCorp drinks brands in the UK is scaling rapidly and making serious waves across the European market. Combining strong brand credentials with ambitious commercial plans, they are firmly positioned as a standout challenger in the category.

As the exclusive retained partner, we are leading the search for a Head of Europe, a pivotal, newly created role to drive the next phase of international expansion.


This is a genuine build-and-scale opportunity, with full ownership of developing and executing the commercial strategy across key European markets.


The Opportunity

Reporting into senior leadership, you will:

• Own and deliver the European growth strategy across multiple markets

• Lead and manage distributor partnerships, JBPs and in-market execution

• Take full P&L responsibility for the region

• Identify new route-to-market opportunities and accelerate brand penetration

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and finance to drive scalable growth

• Build strong relationships with retailers and partners across Europe


This is a high-impact, highly visible role with real autonomy.


The Profile

We’re looking for:

• A proven international FMCG commercial leader

• Strong experience managing distributors selling into supermarkets across Europe

• A track record of scaling premium or challenger brands internationally

• Someone equally comfortable setting strategy and executing it

• A commercially sharp, entrepreneurial operator who can influence at senior level

• Passion for high-growth, values-led brands
