Description

Hakkasan Group, home to the internationally acclaimed restaurants Hakkasan and Yauatcha, is seeking an accomplished Head of Event Sales to lead the event sales function across our London restaurants.


This is a senior and highly visible role for a strategic, commercially minded leader with a deep understanding of the London hospitality scene. You’ll inspire and guide a talented team, develop key partnerships, and work closely with restaurant management to deliver world-class guest experiences that reflect the reputation and style of our brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and develop the event sales team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Partner with restaurant management teams to align event delivery, operations and commercial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong corporate, agency and brand relationships, while using your established industry network to identify new opportunities.
  • Actively engage with London businesses, concierge partners and the wider hospitality community to elevate awareness and drive new business.
  • Oversee all group dining and private event activity, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, General Managers and Operations to create a dynamic Events & Experiences Calendar.
  • Provide commercial insights, reporting and strategy recommendations to senior leadership.

  • About You

    • Proven experience in event sales leadership within a high-end restaurant, hotel or luxury hospitality group.
    • A confident leader, capable of inspiring and developing an established, high-performing team.
    • Strong existing connections across corporate, agency and hospitality sectors – and the confidence to build new ones.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Commercially astute, organised and hands-on, with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
