Role Description The Head of Finance role is a full-time, in-person position based in London Bridge office, with 1-2 days of work from home available per week. The Head of Finance will oversee all financial operations, including ownership of monthly management accounts, statutory reporting, and cash flow management. This role will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, monitor performance against targets, and provide clear, data-driven insight to the leadership team and board. The Head of Finance will refine financial controls, improve reporting systems, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also include partnering with department leads on commercial decisions, optimising unit economics and margins, managing relationships with external advisors (such as accountants, auditors, and banks), and supporting strategic planning and fundraising as needed.
