Mondrian Alpha have partnered with a Credit Hedge Fund. Through growth, they are seeking a Head of Fund Finance to oversee fund accounting, valuations, treasury and projects.
This leadership role will manage a team of 5 finance professionals and collaborate closely with the COO and Investment team. As the Head of Fund Finance, you will assume overall responsibility for fund accounting, NAV calculations, valuation oversight, reconciliations, and ensure regulatory compliance. This position will develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally- in particular fund administrators and tax advisors. You will spearhead continuous improvement and efficiency and AI projects within the fund control processes, looking to optimize the data flow between front, middle and back office, as well as considering how to automate performance reports.
For this, we are seeking academically strong, qualified accountants with 10+ years PQE within the hedge fund space (ideally coming from larger multi-manager). It is important to have exceptionally strong communication skills, experience managing global teams and have prior experience effectively delivering AI projects.
The firm are offering a highly competitive base / bonus package (between £225k - £300k total compensation depending on the candidates prior experience) as well as offering a broad selection of market leading benefits.
