The Essence of the Role
At bhuti, we believe wellbeing is a journey toward "soul health." As our Head Therapist, you are more than a manager; you are the guardian of our treatment sanctuary at the iconic Bingham Riverhouse. You will blend expert clinical skill with a deep passion for holistic healing, leading a team dedicated to transformative guest experiences.
Why This Role?
A Sanctuary for Practice: You will work in a space that values the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the precision of organic skincare, and the power of conscious touch.
Creative Influence: You'll have a seat at the table with the Founder and Head of Membership to shape the future of our holistic therapy offerings.
Holistic Growth: Beyond management, you will stay at the forefront of the industry, delivering signature treatments that range from Deep Tissue and advanced bodywork to specialised bhuti rituals.
Your Journey with Us (Key Responsibilities)
1. Mastery of Touch & Ritual
Lead by example, delivering exceptional treatments including bhuti Signature Massages, Ayurvedic-inspired rituals, and advanced organic facials.
Be the "Master Trainer," ensuring every therapist on your team understands the energetic and physical standards of the bhuti guest journey.
2. Sanctuary Management (The Flow)
The Vibe: Curate a treatment environment that is impeccably clean, energetically balanced, and fully equipped for healing.
The Rota: Harmonise therapist schedules to ensure our members and guests are always supported, while maintaining a balanced environment for your team.
The Inventory: Manage our curated stock of high-vibration products and supplies with precision and care.
3. Growing the bhuti Movement
Strategic Vision: Take ownership of the treatment diary, using your insight into wellness trends to maximise revenue and achieve departmental goals.
Collaborative Marketing: Partner with our marketing team to tell the story of our treatments, from seasonal wellness activations to mindfulness workshops.
Member Connection: Liaise with the Head of Membership to create bespoke initiatives that deepen our community's commitment to self-care.
Who You Are
Qualified & Conscious: You hold a Level 3 or 4 qualification in Holistic Therapies and have a "holistic-first" mindset.
A Natural Leader: You have experience managing a wellness space and know how to inspire a team to deliver excellence under pressure.
Business Savvy: You understand that for a sanctuary to thrive, the "engine" (budgets, invoices, and stock) must run smoothly.
Communicator: You possess the warmth to handle guest feedback and the professional clarity to report to the Founder and Management.
General Responsibilities
Full ownership of team recruitment, nurturing, and ongoing training.
Maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety and company procedures.
Ensuring seamless communication across the Riverhouse team to maintain a unified guest experience.
Competitive rates of pay. Three to four days a week.
