About the role
As Head of ISA & GIA, you'll shape the future of two of our most important investment propositions. You'll lead the strategic direction and commercial growth of our ISA and General Investment Account offerings, ensuring they continue to attract, retain and meet the evolving needs of our clients. This is a high‑impact role where you'll bring together client insight, commercial performance, regulatory oversight and business leadership to deliver strong outcomes and drive continuous improvement across these flagship products.

Interview process
The interview process will include 2-3 stages including competency and leadership-based questions, a leadership assessment and a short task.
Working schedule
This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. Our office is based in central Bristol (BS1 5HL) and hybrid working is available, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
Salary
From £100,000 up to £160,000 depending on experience.
