Description

Who are we looking for?
Leadership mindset and ownership — senior experience is important, but the ability to lead with clarity, accountability, and intent matters just as much. We value leaders who take ownership and are open to developing and evolving their approach.

Strong manufacturing leadership across multiple sites — leading Production Managers, Engineers, and supervisory teams to deliver safely, efficiently, and right-first-time. If you can lead it, improve it, and scale it, we want to hear from you.

People and performance focused — setting clear direction, building accountability, developing future leaders, and creating teams that are engaged, capable, and proud of what they deliver.

Planning and delivery — owning workforce, capacity, and production planning to meet current and future project demand, keeping work flowing and customers supported.

Operational excellence —
driving productivity, cost control, quality, and HSE&Q standards while continuously looking for better, smarter ways of working.

Continual improvement — no one has all the answers. We’re looking for leaders who challenge constructively, learn continuously, and turn improvement ideas into real results.

If you want to be part of something ambitious, influence how manufacturing evolves, and make a genuine impact at scale, we want to hear from you.

Who will you work with?
Our Manufacturing function is being shaped as part of a new Business Unit, with responsibility for leading and aligning multiple feeder sites into one high-performing operation. Working closely with the Business Unit Manager and a senior leadership team across Commercial, Planning & Forecasting, HSE, Quality, and Plant Assets, the focus is on building consistency, capability, and delivery excellence. If you’re results-focused, care about what really matters, and want to lead teams that take pride in getting things done properly — you’ll fit right in.

What You'll be Doing

  • You’ll lead, you’ll learn, you’ll improve — shaping multiple sites and teams to perform at their best. That’s how we drive operational excellence.
  • Make use of all the tools, systems, and support available to plan, deliver, and optimise manufacturing across all feeder sites.
  • Turn production plans into reality — ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Drive operational efficiency while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance across all sites.
  • Collaborate with Quality, HSE, Commercial, Planning & Forecasting, and other leadership peers to overcome challenges and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Develop your leadership team — mentor Senior Production Managers, empower supervisors, and support growth across the workforce.
  • Spot bottlenecks early, implement solutions, and ensure teams hit delivery targets consistently.
  • Work strategically and practically — balancing operational priorities, resources, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Shape the culture — set the standard for performance, accountability, and pride across all manufacturing teams while promoting a can do attitude across multiple sites.
