This role is responsible for developing and managing our operational teams while shaping long‑term strategies that reflect the evolving needs of the firm. Success requires strong leadership of operational managers, sound judgement, diplomacy, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A practical, collaborative mindset, resilience, and the ability to make fast, considered decisions in a demanding environment are essential.
