Our client, a rapidly expanding boutique Hedge Fund, are looking to hire a Head of Operations.
The hire will work in a highly visible, autonomous role within the firm, managing a small team, facing off to clients / investors, being the key point of escalation for non-investment matters and taking a lead on major upcoming projects. The firm is in growth mode (they have raised substantial AUM recently, performance is good and headcount is expanding) – it is a great time to join the fund.
Candidates should currently be working in a Hedge Fund HOO role. Strong managerial / leadership skills are required, as is good ops/MO project management experience. As the firm have a strong focus on ‘operational alpha’, candidates should have some form of advanced tech skills (any coding skills are highly preferential).
If both the individual and fund perform to an exceptional standard, the role has the potential to pay up to a £400k TC year one.
