About The Role

This is not a “channel manager” role.

You will own Cleo’s global paid acquisition engine — deploying £6–10m per month across multiple products and markets — and ensuring every pound is allocated to maximise long-term contribution profit.

You will lead a high-performing team spanning US EWA, new product growth, creative strategy, funnel optimisation and budget tooling. Your job is to ensure we hit acquisition targets for existing products while scaling into new products and new geographies with capital efficiency and rigour.

You will operate at the intersection of, capital allocation, incrementality & measurement, multi-product LTV modelling, creative and channel execution and automation and tooling.

This is a highly analytical leadership role with direct commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the 12–24 month paid acquisition strategy across products and markets
  • Identify the next structural growth opportunities (new channels, formats, platforms, buying models)
  • Decide where to double down vs where to pull back
  • Evolve our operating model from strong execution to fully systemised, automated capital deployment
  • Shape how paid acquisition integrates with product launches, pricing, geo expansion and monetisation strategy
  • Anticipate shifts in platform economics and build durable advantage
  • You should have a clear point of view on how performance marketing evolves in a multi-product AI fintech
  • Understand what a world-class paid engine looks like at £100m+ annual spend

  • What We're Looking For

    • 8+ years in high-scale B2C performance marketing
    • Experience managing multi-million monthly budgets
    • Deep understanding of incrementality testing and geo experiments
    • Hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Modelling
    • Strong grasp of LTV modelling and contribution economics
    • Experience operating across multiple products and markets
    • Exceptional analytical capability
