They are looking for a Head of Paid Media to lead their paid function and drive performance across a varied client portfolio. Reporting into the Digital Commercial Director, this person will guide a growing team, shape best practice, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact. The role blends leadership, strategy, commercial oversight and client engagement, with a focus on building a high performing and motivated team.


What You Will Be Doing…

  • Leading and developing a team of paid media specialists, ensuring clear progression, strong performance and a positive culture
  • Overseeing the planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms
  • Acting as a strategic partner for key clients, presenting insights, recommendations and performance updates with confidence
  • Monitoring utilisation, profitability and efficiency across accounts, ensuring commercial targets are met
  • Continuously improving processes, workflows and reporting while keeping the team ahead of industry trends

  • A proven leader with experience managing and developing paid media teams in a fast paced agency environment
  • Strong strategic capability across all major paid channels, with the ability to translate client goals into effective media plans
  • Confident communicator who can build trust with clients and present complex data in a clear and actionable way
  • Commercially minded individual who understands utilisation, forecasting and account growth
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by innovation, quality and continuous improvement
