This role is ideally looking for someone to relocate from London to Manchester
A high growth organisation in the North West is hiring a Head of Performance to lead and scale its performance marketing function. You’ll shape strategy across key accounts, stay close to the channels, and lead a talented team driving measurable commercial impact.
This role offers real influence, autonomy and progression, plus a culture built around high performance without burnout, a 4 day working week, and hybrid flexibility. Ideal for someone ready to relocate from London while stepping into a bigger, more meaningful leadership role.
What you’ll be doing...
- Leading performance across Paid Search, Paid Social and wider acquisition
- Setting strategy, testing frameworks and optimisation approaches
- Acting as senior strategic lead across major accounts
- Owning forecasting, budgeting and ROI modelling
- Developing and scaling a high‑performing team
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years experience within performance marketing
- Deep expertise across paid channels
- Strong commercial mindset
- Confident leader with experience developing teams
