ENM Capital is a private investment office managing a diversified capital base across public markets, real estate, and private investments. We are building the next phase of the platform around direct investing, special projects, and the development of long-term operating businesses.
We are looking for a Head of Private Markets / Special Projects to work directly with the principal on evaluating, executing, and helping build private investments. This is not a traditional institutional role. It is an opportunity to become part of a small, ambitious team with significant exposure, responsibility, and long-term growth potential.
You will work directly with the principal on:
- evaluating direct investment opportunities
- screening private companies and sectors
- preparing investment memoranda and decision materials
- coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, strategic, and commercial workstreams
- supporting deal execution and transaction processes
- tracking portfolio companies and special projects
- helping identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- acting as a trusted thought partner on private markets and business-building opportunities
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, commercially minded, fast, curious, and excited by the idea of helping build an investment platform over the long term.
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, return scenarios, and sensitivity cases
- Lead research into industries, business models, competitive dynamics, and investment themes
- 3–7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, transaction advisory, or principal investing
- Strong modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
- Excellent commercial judgment and business curiosity
- Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
- High work ethic and willingness to take ownership
- Strong communication skills
- Interested in building a long-term career within a private investment platform
- Direct exposure to investment decisions and the principal
- Broad role across direct investing, special situations, and strategic projects
