Division: Product Strategy & Innovation (PSI)
The Product Strategy and Innovation (PSI) division is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of Euroclear Group’s products and services. Its objective is to define and execute the product strategy, identify market gaps and growth opportunities, and continuously enhance Euroclear’s product offering in line with Group strategy, market evolution, and technological developments.
Working closely with Commercial and Euroclear entities, PSI teams define growth strategies, shape the evolution of core products and ancillary services, and leverage Euroclear’s data capabilities. PSI Directors are accountable for defining product strategy, driving execution, and owning the P&L of their product lines.
Your role
As FX Product Specialist, you will play a key role in building Euroclear’s FX product capability, a core pillar of the Group’s long‑term strategy. The initial flagship offering is AutoFX — automated FX embedded into settlement, income, and redemption workflows.
You are responsible for defining and executing the FX product roadmap, shaping a clear and compelling value proposition, and acting as the link between client needs, commercial priorities, and platform development. You will work across the organisation to ensure FX solutions are client‑centric, scalable, competitive, and fully embedded into Euroclear’s post‑trade ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities
You will:
- Define, maintain, and execute the FX product roadmap, aligned with Euroclear’s phased strategy (AutoFX, cash management, and hedging solutions).
- Develop and continuously refine the FX value proposition, including client‑facing documentation and product positioning.
- Perform client segmentation analysis and contribute to pricing strategy design in collaboration with Finance and Sales.
- Translate client requirements and market feedback into structured product and technology specifications for internal development teams and external partners.
Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset, comfortable using data to inform product decisions.Knowledge of post‑trade infrastructure (settlement, custody, collateral) is a strong asset.Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce high‑quality documentation independently.
This role can be based in one of our Euroclear's locations: Brussels, London, Krakow, Paris, Amsterdam.
