Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Quantitative Research to lead a dynamic team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing quantitative research team.
  • Define and execute the firm’s quantitative research strategy across multiple asset classes.
  • Collaborate closely with trading, technology, and portfolio teams to translate research into actionable strategies.
  • Drive innovation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data-driven approaches to alpha generation.
  • Oversee model validation, backtesting, and risk assessment to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Who You Are:

  • Proven leadership experience in quantitative research, preferably in systematic trading, HFT, or prop trading environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
  • Deep understanding of statistics, stochastic processes, and modern quantitative finance techniques.
  • Track record of translating research insights into profitable trading or investment strategies.
