We’re looking for a commercially minded, high-impact Head of Talent Acquisition to architect and lead our end-to-end hiring strategy.
You will take ownership of a 7-person Talent Acquisition team, designing a scalable hiring model that supports business growth, strengthens our technical capability, and elevates our employer brand.
Working closely with Sales, Delivery and senior leadership, you will ensure our talent strategy directly enables our commercial ambition.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a core capability in a scaling consultancy environment.
