Our client, a multi-billion dollar AUM hedge fund, that have gone through a period of huge success and exponential growth, are looking to make a Head of Treasury hire into their boutique London office.
The hire will work a role that is hands-on (FX hedging, trade analysis, execution and collateral management), has responsibility for the management of a small team and that has a core project management component focused of the redevelopment of the firm’s treasury systems, processes and infrastructure.
Candidates should have 10-15rs experience in a treasury role (strong preference for current buy-side treasury specialists), with a good balance of cash management, FX hedging and collateral management experience, ideally with execution experience in addition. Ideally, candidates will have strong experience of improving operational / treasury processes.
This is a senior level role offering an attractive increase on the successful hire’s current base salary and a large % of bonus for a top performer.
