Salary: S01 £34,434 - £36,363 pro rata per annum (£29,964 - £31,642 actual per annum)
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week. term-time only

The Head Of Year Should
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week. term-time only

The Head Of Year Should
- Have bags of energy and enthusiasm, along with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, diverse school environment.
- Promote a positive, optimistic attitude to learning and achievement and act as a role model.
- Provide support to individual, and groups of students, promoting pupil engagement.
- Deal with safeguarding issues and act as designated safeguarding lead.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships and partnerships working with student, staff, parents and other stakeholders.
