Bristol based – 5 days on site most weeks with flexibility as needed
Salary: £52,782 to £65,420 per annum (experience dependent) plus 12.5% employer pension contribution and private medical insurance.
Security Clearance Required: You would be required to undergo DV level security clearance once in role.

Summary:
You’ll be a key part of the NCC’s Health & Safety team and focus on the development, delivery and ongoing safety management of a brand-new facility at the forefront of the NCC’s growth strategy, and role model our H&S culture. You’ll manage the execution of strategy and delivery of plans in all areas of Health and Safety at the NCC.
You’ll work with the Estates Director and other Health & Safety Managers to develop and embed effective systems, policies and practices which ensure the NCC is compliant with Health & Safety, legal requirements, and ISO Standards. Other key relationships will include the NCC leadership team, partners, external regulators, other catapult businesses and internal customers.
Acting as an expert and partner with stakeholders, to provide advice and deliver the transformation of the NCC safety culture from ‘compliant’ to ‘excelling’.
Examples of specific activities.
This role will initially be focused on contributing to the design and construction of our brand-new facility, attending and contributing to project/design meetings with a view to participating in project completion processes and then being part of the FM team that will inherit the facility in approximately 18 months.
