Location: 1 Poole Road, Sunderland, SR4 0HG
Contract type: Permanent - must be flexible for days and nights shifts, various hours full time or part time
Rate: £12.21 per hour (£12.31 per hour on completion of Exemplar care certificate)

Hylton Grange is part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of nursing care for adults living with complex and high acuity needs.
Hylton Grange supports 30 adults living with complex mental health needs and neuro-disabilities including Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease across three units.

- supporting people with their personal care
- assisting people at meal times
- understanding individual health and wellbeing needs
- encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home
