About The Role

As a Hire and Sales Coordinator, youll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them find the right solutions quickly and efficiently.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Liaising with customers via phone and email
  • Taking full ownership of customer enquiries from start to finish
  • Processing hire and sales orders accurately
  • Working closely with depots, drivers, and operational teams to fulfil requests
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and grow accounts
  • Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
  • Supporting your team in delivering Speedys ESG Strategy Decade to Deliver

  • No two days are the same its a fast-paced, varied role where teamwork and communication are key.

    What Were Looking For

    Were looking for someone positive, proactive, and passionate about customer service.

    Youll Ideally Have

    • A strong customer focus and the ability to build rapport across multiple channels
    • Confidence juggling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
    • Initiative and good decision-making skills
    • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
    • A drive to grow the business and spot opportunities
    • Previous experience in customer service, hire, sales support, or coordination roles (beneficial but not essential)

    Most importantly, were looking for someone who cares about doing a great job and enjoys helping customers.
