We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our café, bars, events and functions at Bishop Auckland Town Hall and Consett Empire Theatre.
This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent service. You will play a central role in ensuring that all hospitality areas operate smoothly and that visitors receive a positive and professional experience.
You will ensure the delivery of a consistently high-quality service that is safe, efficient, and meets the expectations of all users.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and supervise the daily operation of the café, bars, and associated events
- Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and operational efficiency
- Provide effective leadership and support to hospitality staff
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and visitors
- Welcome guests and ensure all enquiries are handled professionally, politely, and promptly
