Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with luggage handling, storage and delivery to rooms
- Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and amenities.
- Maintain clenliness and order in lobby, entracnes and public areas
- Provide directions, local information and concierge-style assistance
- Support front of house operations when required
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and reception teams

We stand today as the UK’s Largest Independent Hotel Group, owning a number of hotels and partnering with an ever-increasing portfolio alongside this. Every agreement we have is Bespoke by name, and bespoke by nature. Our properties range from specialist golfing hotels, to award-winning spa resorts and chic city centre properties.
We pride ourselves on a diverse roster and a unique, individualised management style, with over 90 management agreements across the UK, alongside a further 30 management consultancy services, and 100 hotels with sales & marketing services only.
- Excellent customer service and communications skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanour
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggace safely
- Good knowledge of local attractions and transport options
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
