Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Norman Hudson Care Home. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
• Adhere to company policies and regulations
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial / laundry cleaning is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic cooking skills are a plus
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
  
  

Hours

• Working 2 to 4hrs per day on a part time shift basis
