Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual ready to make a difference? We're looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are always pristine.
What You'll Do
- Lead with Excellence: Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet our high cleaning standards and service levels.
- Organize & Assign: Schedule and assign daily tasks to the housekeeping team, ensuring all areas of the hotel are cleaned efficiently and on time.
- Inspect & Perfect: Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage Inventory: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering more as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborate Seamlessly: Liaise with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure all guest needs are met.
- Report & Resolve: Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Impactful Role: Play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our hotel and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
