We are looking for a full time Housing Management Officer to be based at Woolston Local Housing Office on a 12 month fixed term contract.
About The Team
The team in the Housing Office work with residents to resolve all tenancy management issues and to look after the neighbourhoods. Housing Management Officers are responsible for the tenancy management in a specific geographical area (patch) of both general needs and supported housing council owned properties.
As a Housing Management Officer, you will be required to provide comprehensive housing and tenancy management services. This includes processing tenancy changes, managing complex tenancy cases like antisocial behaviour issues which can sometimes result in preparing and serving legal paperwork and representing the Council at Court. Housing Management Officers also have an active role in supporting residents to sustain their tenancies and in safeguarding children and adults by working in partnership with relevant agencies.

Salary: The salary band for this role is £37,280 - £40,778. The
starting salary is £37,280 per annum with annual progression through the salary bands.
