Housing Support Practitioner.
Salary: £26,450 per annum.
Location: Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.
Contract/Hours: Permanent, (working 37 hours a week on a shift rota basis).

A bit about the role
As a Housing Support Practitioner, your primary responsibility will be providing assistance to young individual between the ages of 16-21 years who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness in the local area. Our role is centred around supporting them to realise their full potential. Rossorry Grove Supported Accommodation serves as a home for 13 young people, and as a Housing Support Practitioner you'll be responsible for aiding them in managing their day-to-day lives and facilitating access to specialised services that will help address the various challenges our young people may encounter. You’ll play a vital role in preparing them for their future endeavours.
