Location: Hybrid – Northampton, NN4 5EZ
Fixed Term Contract – 9 Months
40 Hours, Monday - Friday

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team to support with the implementation and optimisation of our HRIS.
What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team to support with the implementation and optimisation of our HRIS.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the HRIS team with the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of HR systems.
- Accurately reviewing, cleansing, and maintaining large volumes of employee data using Microsoft Excel and HR information systems.
- Identifying data inconsistencies and proactively resolving issues to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Assisting with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and update HR data.
- Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within HR operations.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel, including handling, analysing, and updating large datasets.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential data with discretion (desirable).
- Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS platforms (desirable).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
