Description
We are looking for a HR Consultant (Team Lead) for our People Relations Team to help support the organisation and our people across every aspect of the employee lifecycle. This is a key role within our HR team, delivering everyday people solutions through subject matter expertise, providing support and guidance to managers and actively influencing change initiatives through project specialism.
To be considered for the role, you’ll need demonstrable experience working in an HR advisory role, ideally in a large and complex organisation.
In Addition, You Will
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and office-based working. A physical presence in our Norwich office is required for a minimum of one day per week.

To be considered for the role, you’ll need demonstrable experience working in an HR advisory role, ideally in a large and complex organisation.
