About The Role
As an HR Services Data Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of monthly HR processes, including input into Business World. You’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR queries, supporting colleagues across the organisation with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Input monthly HR data into Business World under the guidance of the HR Services Team Leader
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
- Support HR projects and participate in system testing
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and council policies
- Collaborate with teams such as payroll, pensions, and workforce data
Essential
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in customer service and working with systems
- Understanding of payroll and pension processes
Desirable
- Working towards a CIPD qualification
- Knowledge of HR administration and its impact across teams

Salary: The salary band for this role is £28,792 - £31,022 per annum. The
starting salary is £28,792 with annual progression through the salary bands.
