HR Shared Services Team Leader – Part Time Fixed-Term Contract
We have a new opportunity to join The Compleat Food Group as an HR Shared Services Team Leader, covering maternity leave on a part-time basis!

Location: Nottingham or Redhill based
Hours: Part time, 25 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Exact timings flexible.
Contract: 12 month FTC
Purpose: To oversee day to day operations of Shared Services and support the HR Shared Services Manager through driving improvements and optimising service quality.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Be the first point of contact for the Shared Services team queries, escalating complex queries as appropriate
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports and payroll files.
- Support the HRSS Manager on continuous improvement processes
- Oversee the delivery of HR Shared Services Workpro cases.
- Ensure processes are followed consistently by the HR Shared Services team.
- Create and distribute all paperwork throughout the employee lifecycle
- Support the Shared Services Manager with the implementation and training of new processes and systems
Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in a supervisory/team leader role to coordinate tasks
- Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within legislative requirements.
- Experience using HR systems (UKG Ready, Workpro, ADP desired).
- Fully proficient at Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage, organise and co-ordinate a high volume of work, prioritise critical activities within tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and excellent attention to detail and accuracy of working.
