Bespak are looking for a HSE Process Safety Advisor. This is a permanent position for the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary for this role is £60,000 - £75,500. Other benefits you will receive are 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, discretionary annual bonus, generous 10% pension contribution, onsite free parking, and medical / dental / health / life assurance.
Working Pattern – Monday to Friday usual working times of 8:30am to 5:00pm with an 8:30 am to 3:45pm finish on a Friday.

The HSE Process Safety Advisor leads the site’s COMAH and DSEAR compliance programmes, ensuring the effective implementation of process safety management systems, regulatory compliance, and robust major hazard risk management.
Providing programme leadership, governance, and technical expertise, the role supports capital projects — including Line 4/5 commissioning and validation — as well as operational readiness and ongoing site operations. Working closely with Engineering, Operations, HSE, and external regulators, the advisor ensures risks are proactively identified, controlled, and mitigated, while driving best-practice process safety standards and continuous improvement across the organisation.
