Location: Stafford
Compensation: £45,000 - £50,000 / year
Description
As HSEQ Advisor, you’ll join a respected operationally focused HSEQ function supporting high-risk wastewater works on a fast-paced and technically demanding contract. You’ll be part of a proactive, hands-on team embedded within operations and supported by a national network of HSEQ professionals across the Network Plus group.
Your day-to-day work will be site-led, directly supporting colleagues delivering deep excavations (typically 4-6m), temporary works, confined space entry, and civil repairs. You’ll coach teams, reinforce safe systems of work, respond rapidly to emerging risks, and help build a culture of safe, right-first-time delivery.
You’ll act as the first point of contact for HSEQ support across the contract, working closely with Operations Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors, and Operatives. Not only that, but you’ll also be supported by a highly visible and experienced HSEQ Lead who invests in team development & progression.
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll have impact, visibility, and the chance to grow in a high-risk, fast-moving environment this role is an excellent opportunity.
