We are looking for

We’re looking for a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing team in Corby.

In this key role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with senior managers and employees across the business. As a strategic partner, you’ll become an integral part of the Europa Worldwide team, providing expert HR support across the entire employee journey.

What you will be doing:


  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience to ensure new hires feel welcomed and informed.
  • Supporting probation reviews and performance appraisals to help employees meet expectations and grow in their roles.
  • Partner with Operational Managers to provide HR support that drives business goals and aligns talent strategies with company growth objectives.
  • Ensure policy compliance and consistency, implementing HR policies, processes and procedures effectively across the business.
  • Manage employee relations, advise on dismissals, grievances and conflict resolution to maintain a fair and legally compliant workplace environment.
  • Support organisational change collaborate on TUPE transfers, restructures and mergers, guiding smooth transitions while maintaining engagement and morale.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions attend departmental meetings and participate in projects or cross-functional initiatives, ensuring HR’s perspective informs key decisions.
  • Analyse HR metrics for insightful action, monitor data such as sickness rates, turnover and engagement, identifying trends and working with managers to implement targeted improvements for employee well-being and retention.

  • Our Ideal Person:

    • CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent experience) with a strong foundation in HR best practices, employee relations, and people management strategies.
    • Comprehensive generalist HR expertise including hands-on experience in performance management, absence management, policy development and supporting/delivering HR projects.
  • Proficient in HR Systems & intermediate Microsoft Office skills for managing reports, data and presentations effectively.
  • Current knowledge of UK Employment Law and the ability to apply legislation practically and compliantly to support managers and employees.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills for delivering complex messages clearly to senior stakeholders, coaching line managers and leading presentations.
  • Strong relationship builder and confident working independently to identify opportunities, solve problems and drive HR solutions forward.
  • Experience Across Blue-Collar and White-Collar Environments with an understanding of the unique challenges and needs.
