About the role
Reporting to the HR Director, you'll partner with assigned business units to deliver HR activities that support operational priorities and employee experience. You will provide day-to-day people management support, lead employee relations casework, support performance and reward interventions, and contribute to workforce planning and talent initiatives.
The role requires strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation to ensure consistent, fair and legally compliant people practices.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR business partner for your allocated teams, providing timely, pragmatic advice and coaching to managers on people matters including performance, capability, absence, disciplinaries and grievances.
- Support workforce planning, organisational change and restructures by providing practical HR input, planning and implementation support.
- Partner with the Reward team to provide guidance on pay, benefits and job evaluations, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.

We are looking for an experienced, pragmatic HR professional who can translate people strategy into operational activity and build strong relationships across the business.

- Substantial experience in an HR business partner or generalist role in a complex organisation.
