We’re looking for an HR Manager to provide day‑to‑day support to our HR Team based in our Bellshill site on an 12-month fixed term contract basis.
As HR Manager, you’ll be the go‑to advisor on people, organisation and capability matters, balancing business priorities with the needs of our people to help build a high‑performing, inclusive culture.
As HR Manager, you’ll partner proactively with team leaders across the site throughout the full HR lifecycle, ensuring policies and processes are applied consistently and fairly. You’ll coach leaders, anticipate issues, and work closely with HR colleagues to deliver the people plan with a practical, solutions‑focused approach. The role also includes leading the HR Administration Team and providing support to wider business unit sites, as required.
Please note this is a maternity cover position, offered as an 12‑month fixed‑term contract based in our Bellshill location. Some travel to other sites may be required from time to time.

- Solid experience in a generalist HR role partnering with operational leaders, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG or similar environments.
