Key Responsibilities
- Own IAM strategy, roadmap and product vision across IGA, PAM, certificates, secrets, and key management.
- Align IAM to Zero Trust principles and regulatory requirements.
- Translate business and security needs into product features.
- Work with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM products.
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities.
- Engage with leaders across Security, IT, HR, Risk, Compliance and Audit.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR and internal audit expectations.
- 7+ years’ experience in cybersecurity/identity roles and 5+ years in product management.
- Strong understanding of IAM domains: IGA, PAM, cryptography, certificates, secrets.
- Experience in regulated, large‑scale enterprise environments.
- Ability to simplify complex IAM concepts for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experienced with tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Venafi.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust and cloud IAM architectures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SAFe or Scrum Product Owner.
