Description
Role Overview:
- Responsible for the Information Architecture methodology definition
- Ultimate responsible of IA cross functional solution design and blueprint in alignment with the project timelines
- Prepares detailed plan for IA activities working together with Business SMEs
- Accountable for quality and timing of IA deliverables
- Accountable for the overall data and information management processes (DM/IM) design and their implementation, in particular for :
- Information and data design, definition of system of record and data flow design
- Definition of the appropriate data governance to ensure TRUSTed and FAIR data flows
- Methodology and documentation standards for DM/IM deliverables
- Responsible to ensure that IA principles are consistently applied across the project:
- Acting as communication agent between IA and the Project
- Oversight and provide consulting support to the SMEs and other project members
- Implement defined IA model
