Our Information Security Group (ISG) plays a central role in safeguarding the firm and our clients. Operating independently from IT and spanning both our London and Manchester offices, ISG delivers strategic and operational cyber and information security across a truly global landscape.
We are now looking for an Information Security Cloud Specialist to join our growing team.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role focused on ensuring the security of our Azure, M365, and (ideally) Google Cloud environments. You’ll assess cloud security posture, guide engineering teams, and influence the evolution of our cloud security capabilities across infrastructure, DevSecOps, access management, and automation.
You will work across a varied technology estate, collaborating closely with DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Networks, and development teams to embed best‑in‑class security practices globally.
What You’ll Do
- Assess and advise on the security of Azure IaaS, GCP, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
- Administer Azure security services, including IaaS, AKS, and cloud‑native controls
- Review Terraform infrastructure-as-code and recommend secure design improvements
- Optimise use of Azure Defender and cloud monitoring solutions
- Strengthen identity and access strategies, including Conditional Access and zero‑trust principles
- Support cloud incident response with subject‑matter expertise
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
- Act as a thought leader, promoting innovation and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Cloud security experience, primarily in Azure IaaS, with exposure to GCP
- Hands-on experience across Azure security, containers, networking, compute, and hybrid environments
- Strong Terraform knowledge and understanding of IaC best practices
