Role: Information Security Lead
Location: London office, 2 days p/w
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 fixed salary (DOE) + bonus + benefits
Lawrence Harvey are partnered with a Private-Equity backed, rapidly growing European SaaS company that are revolutionizing the Cloud, ERP and AI industries across Europe. They are a specialised partner that truly understand the complexities of their customers - offering tailored solutions to a multitiude of exciting customers.
We are looking for a skilled Information Security specialist who can contribute towards building a unified, audit ready Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with ISO27001. You'll be reporting directly to the Vice President of Security with a dotted line to the Chief Legal Officer.
What you'll be doing:
- Translating ISO27001 requirements into practical processes and SOP's, establishing clear control ownership across the business
- Maintain ISO27001 certification by conducting gap assesment, compensating controls and audit-ready evidence mapping
- Identify undocumented business processes and convert them into auditable process documentation
What you'll need:
- 5+ years in Infomation Security, GRC or Internal Audit
- Hands-on experience with ISO implementation in complex organisations
- M&A experience is highly desired
- Ability to create documentation, processes and governance structures
- Excellent stakeholder communication is required
