Overview:
Seeking a Senior IT Service Manager to lead and mature IT service management practices, ensuring service availability, performance, and process excellence across multiple platforms and channels.
The role involves leading a team, managing resources, representing ITSM at a senior level, and acting as an escalation point for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement IT service management strategy and vision.
- Lead service delivery for ICT services, ensuring process maturity and performance.
- Manage teams, resources, and capacity to meet service demands.
- Analyse and improve processes, driving service improvements and optimisations.
- Take accountability for issues, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Build and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships.
- Leverage data analytics to enhance business performance.
Requirements:
- ITIL qualified
- Experience in contract and budget management
- Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage senior relationships
