We are seeking an IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for the Coordination and day to day control of all IT and web-based systems. This position will report to the IT & Facilities Manager. In the role you will escalate risks and issues in a timely and appropriate manner where necessary. Whilst ensuring that information on all the designated IT systems is accurate and up to date. The successful candidate will also support the IT department in achieving the set company deliverables of IT Management ensuring all processes are mapped and are audited regularly to ensure compliance to the appropriate business requirements i.e. JSOX, ISO9001/ISO14001.
