Proven experience working in a client facing role, in particular managing external (Client) stakeholders. Strong people management background with an emphasis on management of technical teams. Exposure to and understanding of key technical elements including Linux, VMware, Monitoring (CheckMK), Databases (MongoDB), Vulnerability management. Working knowledge of ITIL processes and modern infrastructure management practices.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience with Automation for patching, compliance and configuration drift mediation.
- Technical qualifications in relevant areas.
