The Role This is a hands-on role where youll help manage the IT systems that power our AI-driven healthcare tools. Youll get to work with a mix of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, including platforms like AWS and Hetzner. Along the way, youll expand your knowledge of medical systems, security protocols, and cloud migrations all in a supportive environment where learning is encouraged. Youll also play a direct role in supporting the technology behind patient care. Knowing your work is helping clinicians make quicker, more accurate diagnoses? Thats a big deal. Key Responsibilities In this role, youll:

  • Work with servers, networks, and storage systems that support medical imaging and health records
  • Get involved in cloud integration projects, helping move key systems to platforms like AWS
  • Keep our systems secure and up-to-date, learning the ins and outs of healthcare IT compliance
  • Support colleagues across the business with everyday tech needs, from M365 to hardware setup
  • Monitor performance, suggest improvements, and be part of an on-call rota for critical systems
  • Each task gives you the chance to grow whether thats learning new tools, solving complex problems, or working across teams.
