Aon Credit Solutions are currently looking for a Client Manager to join our Credit Solutions Global Clients team.
This is a hybrid role providing flexibility to work both virtually and from any of our offices based in Reading, London or Chelmsford.

What a Day Will Look Like
You will work as part of a multi-skilled broking team, supporting Client Directors in managing strategic and global client relationships while maintaining responsibility for your own portfolio of clients.

What a Day Will Look Like

The successful candidate will engage with clients, insurers, and colleagues to manage day-to-day policy administration activities, including:
- Gather and analyse client requirements to prepare comprehensive market submissions, proactively follow up with insurers for coverage indications, present terms, and prepare detailed renewal reports.
This role offers the chance to work within a market‑leading, client‑focused team where your voice is heard and your contributions are recognised. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in our global Trade Credit team, as well as across the wider Aon network, giving you exposure to a broad range of clients and industry sectors. Unlike many similar positions in the market, you will be empowered to shape how we solve problems for clients. At the same time, you will be supported by an experienced team leader who is invested in your development, alongside established Aon training programmes and a culture that encourages you to bring your ideas and your whole self to work.
