Job Summary:

This role is delivery critical for high volume integration programmes where external platform constraints (e.g. Oracle) must be designed, assured, and operationalised through MuleSoft within Capita owned environments. The Integration Solution Architect is responsible for designing, delivering, and assuring robust integration solutions across complex enterprise environments. This role is pivotal in enabling seamless data and process flows between core platforms (e.g., ERP, ServiceNow, Amazon Connect, Oracle Integration Hub) and ensuring alignment with business, security, and operational requirements. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party suppliers to define integration strategies, oversee implementation, and support transition to BAU, while ensuring compliance with GDS Service Standards and Technology Code of Practice
