Temp to Perm | Part Time (20 - 25 hours, 5 days)

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively follow up on overdue invoices by phone, email, and written correspondence
- Accurately allocate incoming payments and complete daily cash postings
- Resolve customer disputes and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
- Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit notes
- Process a range of payments, including card transactions, direct debits, and international payments
- Support purchase ledger activities as required
- Assist with month‑end tasks, reporting, and financial close processes
- Negotiate and agree payment plans with customers when appropriate
- Promote and encourage customer adoption of Direct Debit
- Maintain precise records and audit‑ready documentation
About You
- Demonstrated experience in credit control and debt collection
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Motivated by targets and commercially aware
- Strong Excel capability and comfortable using online financial systems
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to remain effective and focused under pressure
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and work ethic
