The group tax function plays a central role in driving enterprise growth and supporting strategic decision-making, while maintaining rigorous compliance standards across all tax matters. In addition to overseeing a wide range of compliance activities - including returns filing (tax, VAT, plastic packaging), R&D claims, transfer pricing documentation, Pillar 2 compliance, HMRC audits and requests, IR35 contractor sign-off - the department delivers proactive tax advisory support for payroll, technology, and customs teams. By managing risks and identifying opportunities, the tax department helps shape business direction and ensures the company remains both competitive and compliant
