A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Structured Finance & Securitisations Lawyer to join its London team on an interim basis. You will work closely with a highly regarded partner and a collaborative, market-leading practice advising on a broad range of complex transactions.
You will play a key role in supporting ongoing matters and new deals, including:
- Advising on ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, and other securitisation structures
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
- Coordinating with originators, arrangers, trustees, and other transaction parties
- Assisting with deal execution and closings within tight timelines
- England & Wales qualified (or common law equivalent)
- Strong experience in structured finance and securitisations gained at a reputable law firm
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent drafting, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
